[ 杨金焕,1939年生,教授,1960年毕业于西安交通大学,并留校任教;1993—2006年于上海电力学院任教。曾任中国可再生能源学会理事,中国化学与物理电源学会理事,上海市太阳能学会副秘书长,中国动力工程学会、中国电工技术学会新能源发电专业委员会委员,现任上海电力学院太阳能研究所名誉所长、中国能源学会常务理事,享受国务院特殊津贴。长期从事太阳能光伏发电应用技术的研究,主持并完成了“600W光电水泵的研制”等国家“六五”~“九五”多项攻关课题和科研项目,研制开发了多种光伏应用产品,开发编制了3套光伏系统设计软件,发表学术论文80余篇,曾获“2005年全国绿色建筑创新一等奖”、“2006年上海市科技进步一等奖”等多个省部级科技成果奖及国家科技成果证书。]
