Challenges and Decisions
Who will have money at the end of the month and who will be broke? The makers of the Monopoly game bring you this exciting Pay Day game in which players are faced with financial challenges and decisions. Players try to stack up the cash by finding bargains and selling them for a profit. Sometimes a friend will owe another player money and sometimes it’ll be the other way around. Take out loans if necessary, and watch out for those bills. The game features a Pay Day die that adds unexpected twists and turns to gameplay. The player who can make -- and hang on to -- the most cash wins!
3 Sets of Cards
The Pay Day game comes with 3 different sets of cards that can bring players big bucks or take money away. Bargain cards might offer the opportunity to buy an antique car, a hot air balloon, or a popcorn machine, but what if the player doesn’t have enough money? Will it be smart to take out a loan? Receive unexpected cash from other players with the Event cards. Mail cards remind players that they had several business lunches or a recent haircut, and make players pay for their bills. The player with the most cash at the end of the game wins.
A Month of Financial Ups and Downs
How long can players make their money last? The Pay Day game presents challenges and surprises every step of the way as players move through the busy month represented on the gameboard, as they buy and sell property, collect and save money, and pay off debts. Someone might receive money on their birthday, win the lottery, or have to pay out for a beach holiday. Nearly every space on the board offers something to do!
