How to Mix

FULL HEAD APPLICATION ON VIRGIN HAIR (Mixing full contents)

 

  • Wear protective gloves provided in the kit throughout the relaxing process as well as when rinsing and shampooing after relaxing.
    1. Open both Activator packets and squeeze entire contents into Relaxer Crème jar.
    2. Mix well with wooden spatula until color is uniform with no streaks. This uniform color indicates that the relaxer crème is properly activated and relaxer mixture is ready to use. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes prior to use. THROW AWAY ANY UNUSED RELAXER MIXTURE.

    RETOUCHING NEW GROWTH (Mixing half contents)
    Wear protective gloves provided in the kit throughout the relaxing process as well as when rinsing and shampooing after relaxing.
    1. Remove half of the amount of Relaxer Creme and set aside in a separate mixing container. DO NOT USE A METAL CONTAINER.
    2. Open one Activator packet and squeeze entire contents into the mixing container you have set aside.
    3. Mix well with wooden spatula until color is uniform with no streaks. This uniform color indicates that the relaxer crème is properly activated and relaxer mixture is ready to use. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes prior to use.

while going to purchase my usual relaxer, I glanced at the dark&lovely and seen that the kit contains a keratin serum and the relaxer has shea butter in it plus a cheaper price then my usual kit, so I purchased the dark&lovely. The application was easy, my hair type is medium to coarse very curly this relaxer layed my kitchen and edges down smoothly, the serum strengthened my ends (my ends were already healthy prior to relaxing) my hair is now straight, shiny and moisturized (for extra moister I did also use a dolip of motions hair lotion)... Overall this product is a easy use of 5 steps, Healthier then most relaxers, the kit contains everything you need quality items for a affordable price.

The ONLY relaxer I use because it works for me. I use the `regular' relaxer kit and I've been using it for about eight years now, I do my relaxer every two months or sometimes I can go three months without a touch-up. This relaxer leaves my hair feeling smooth, looking healthy and it helps my hair grow because it's not damaging it. I would recommend this product to everyone because to me it has been a miracle to my hair, if you buy it you won't regret it. When I color my hair I use the Dark& Lovely for color hair" and it works the same lovely but some of the color will wash out.

Love this relaxer. My hair was so soft and strong. Just beautiful! I also used the garnier fructis 3 min undo conditioner. Leave it on for 2 hours or overnight. Make sure you wrap your hair in saran wrap. Then put the plastic cap on. My hair turned out better then it's been in years. It wasn't dry and rough. Try it!
